Chairs purchased 23.8. 2023, 6 pieces in total. To date, 3.10.2023, two chairs have already cracked, always in the same place, on the seating area by the front leg. I note that the chairs were not violently manipulated in any way and the damage occurred during normal sitting as on any other chair under a person 85 kg heavy. The first chair I decided to claim, I took pictures of everything and sent it in, for claim. To which I was told to send the goods, to an address by post, or to take them to the nearest shop, which is 60 km away from my home.
I decided to take a different option, taking the chairs to a salvage yard rather than taking them to the post office and paying postage, or passing the money, to the dealership.
