The photos show the new model, also the description talks about the rubberized parts and the new improved design, but you get the old model without the rubberized parts and the new design. Alza of course doesn't want to deal with it, their answer is simple, if you don't like it, take the 22kg box under your arm and take it to the nearest branch.
