The Windows 11 revival is an insult to anyone who wants to give someone, say, a gift or a tablet to use on the shop floor among unidentified users. Instead of simply turning on the tablet and immediately trying out its basic functions, it takes a few hours to revive and update, after which, after setting up and renaming the user, rebooting means crashing into the blue death and unlocking the BITLOCKER on the disk - why doesn't Windows watch itself when Windows does the renaming.
This is right on the mark in terms of abuse of market position.
And it is not possible to turn it on for the first time without access to wifi internet.
