I bought it so I wouldn' t have to type numbers on my phone. But every time you turn it off and on (actually after the bluetooth signal is interrupted), it no longer pairs with the phone. It also comes with a laptop. It must be paired each time it is switched on. It is between paired devices but will not connect. Also out of nowhere in use (these are not city, etc. ) disconnects from the phone, nothing will help but delete it between paired devices, reset and restart the pairing. And the devices are about 10cm apart. Tested with two Android phones.
