The refrigerator door is in semi-gloss stainless steel and the sides are grey - see attached photo. The grey sides make the fridge look cheap and as a standalone it is ugly. In my opinion, the seller's photos are misleading, however, the Alza worker told me that they are only illustrative and gave me the contact details of the Midea service with whom I have to resolve any complaint. I am disappointed with both the appearance of the fridge and Alza's approach to this problem.
