The mobile app is miserable because it doesn' t allow you to select a few seconds of the video I want to download. so I have to download entire files that are saved after either a minute or three. and it takes an extremely long time via wifi.

Well, most of the customers say that if they want a camera for their car, only MIO.
If this is really the "best", I guess I want to live in some other universe.
The picture is quite ok within the limits. Especially at night it is surprisingly good.
It's worse with the sound - it's absolutely awful. It's louder and louder
the sounds are awake. The complaint was not accepted - it is said that the fault did not occur.
However, Alza identified the fault, apparently the awakened sound was heard.
However, the MIO service did not acknowledge the fault. It's clear that MIO is a bad company and is better
to avoid. The mobile app is practically useless. In addition, it requires
an incomprehensible wifi connection. It can't actually do anything over bluetooth. Davalo
it would make sense if the camera was controlled via bluetooth and wifi was only needed for
to transmit images and files, but no.
Manager for PC is not a miracle either. It works with videos (even from the rear camera)
quite nicely, but it doesn't know how to put them together and export and send them
to youtube just doesn't work. Besides, I naively thought that the camera might
maybe use that sorry mobile app to stream to youtube directly behind
while driving - no way.
Metadata contains accelerometer and GPS info. PC manager also knows how to export data
into a KML file - but again only of each video list (it can't concatenate into a whole
sessions).
Overall, the camera can be useful to you, but it's all incredibly fuzzy.

nice picture, not tested at night (I have a short time)
it's not big, it's smaller than the Truecam A7S, it's a bit bigger
bluetooth is only for pairing with mobile phone (calls etc. ).
applications in android such seems impractical, but it can be used. It's really cool on PC
it's a pity, that it is not possible to add more radars (it is possible to do it in another way, but due to the fact that I have a very short time, I haven't found a way yet. )
