This is the best thing I have ever tried in my life. Muesli is chewy even when dry, so I don' t need to water it down with milk, for example. They really taste great. I eat almost a pack a day and it has improved my sleep, mood and lightness in my body and I have become much more productive at work. Many thanks to the manufacturer.
