We bought the phone for my grandmother on the advice of the saleswoman. We needed the phone primarily for video calls. However, the camera shuts off during video calls, the phone overheats and slows down. According to the service statement, this device is not suitable for video calls, and we cause slowdowns/sputtering and overheating by connecting it to the internet or having apps running in the background (we don't). Unbelievable! Quite expensive fun, considering that you can only actually use the calculator on it.
