The cable actually works on all win both 32bit and 64bit but it has its flaws.
Ideally works with vag-com software
CH340C driver is required for this cable
I connected to a 1992 T4 via a 2x2 VW reduction
Does not contain the original fdti chip but a copy
The package does not include the drivers needed for operation. Win can't handle itself.

The cable is designed for advanced IT admins. The chipset used in the converter is CH340 from P. R. C., not (FT232RL etc. ) from FTDI. I started the converter on Win XP after about 3 hours (in virtualization). It works fully only with VAG version 304.0, with version 409.1 the application reports a non-original cable and you cannot delete values in the control unit or use advanced functions.
