Complaint and the helmet arrived in order, but it seems bigger than the previous ones and the little one is big and it doesn't fit him like the first one did. I always asked for a refund and ignored it. Just after a month, I got a text message telling me to pick up my claim. So we're throwing this helmet in the trash and going to buy another one.
