When assembling, it is better to forget the instructions and rather follow your own experience and logic.

the fan is relatively quiet
for that price if it lasts and nothing goes wrong such a good purchase

the instructions are completely useless
really very thin sheet metal, under the screw it is necessary to use a solid washer so that the sheet metal does not bend (washers need to be purchased)
