I was pleasantly surprised by this Movit Marine Collagen product. I can see an improvement in my nails, they are stronger and don't break as much. The biggest improvement I see is in the formation of snags, there are a lot less of them. As far as my hair is concerned, I don't see much of a difference yet, only that my hair is getting a bit more oily. The skin is more filled. Tablets have their own specific taste, but nothing unpleasant. I like soluble pills more, but that's more of a personal observation. Only the packaging seems unnecessarily large to me, as the tablets are just over half. I would recommend this product further.
