The quality for me is acceptable and a level away from the cheapest cards, super cooling. As far as performance goes we have tests and reviews on here, but sensationally upgrading to this card from the 30 series is nonsense, from older GTX cards ok you'll be happy. Otherwise, take the 4070 instead, it is only a full-fledged experience where you can afford all the effects and a card that will last for some time.
From the Alza offer, this 4060 has probably the best parameters, features.

It is a bit scary that at temperatures up to 55°C the fans are not sweating, but COD Warzone is very stable up to 63-65°C
