In both cases, the seller looked at me incomprehensibly, as if I were buying a piece of junk for a few crowns. You really want 35, recently 37 grand for this? Imposed PRIMARY SERVICE of immediate replacement for 3500, - was returned to me because they had none in stock. (They usually only have them at the central warehouse, and they won't give you any from there, because they say you'd have to place a new order. ) It was then sent to warranty, where it hung for almost a month. Only at the end did they offer me an exchange for a new piece, which is equally problematic. For the extended warranty they wanted more than 5000, - Thank you, I don't want a third piece.
