If it works I don't see a problem. Besides the taste, it's like drinking glue on paper. Soluble is good. The taste with milk will probably be better but I decided to switch from meat and whey after one documentary with Arnold and two about how it is actually with animal origin vs. blood vessels, which I see as a problem around 50. We'll see in time what the effect will be.
the taste is horrible but then again putting some artificial chemistry into it probably doesn't make sense to buy vegan protein .. Quid pro quo.

This product is a crime against humanity. I could still survive the fact that if you put your hand in the package to scoop the protein, it would get all dirty. However, the solubility is disastrous and I had lumps in my shake even when I stirred it with a blender. After that, the protein was as thick as dough. In the ratio of 50g of protein to 400 ml of milk, which I normally mix and it's not this thick. And the worst part at the end, the taste. I've never experienced such a disgustingly artificial taste. It's like eating plasticine. Same with the smell. Now it's just a shame to throw it all away.
