It's a nice and relaxing feeling.
The heating option adds additional value to this matt.
Few different power and massage types.
You cannot really call it a "massage". The vibration is not even remotely strong enough to massage you.
It's noisy. I am using it with AirPods because otherwise the noise is a bit too annoying.

The massage pad is great, but it's not for very long trips. Great is the automatic shutdown after 30 minutes, because longer use is then rather unpleasant and the body is then "numb".
