We use in the family house for the second year. We have at least one head for every room, except the bathrooms. We bought them mainly because we have two independent households in the house and one single boiler. This would not be possible with a classic solution with a single thermostat. So far we are very satisfied. Even my wife is comfortable with the app: -)
reliability, except for one defective head, which I rectified without any problems at the beginning, so far it runs smoothly (2. year)
Intuitive, simple app for both your phone and computer. Different schedules can be defined quite well, depending on the needs (work week, weekend, holidays, away from home,. )
each head is a thermostat, so it tells the boiler when to turn on. Complete independence of all rooms and the possibility of individual settings.
Ideal for those who have two households in one house.
It really saved us on heating costs. We don't heat rooms we're not in. And temperatures can be raised/lowered from the TV as well: -)

uses the outside temperature data to optimise heating from the nearest weather station (replacement of the north sensor)
sensitivity to battery quality. But this is generally a problem with many measuring devices that are sensitive to voltage changes. The ideal is to buy lithium. They usually last us the whole heating season. I am currently testing the AA rechargeable lithium for the second month and so far so good.
the open window detection would like some fine tuning. Sometimes it detects with a long delay or not at all.

I was expecting a bit more from the head, in the end I only kept one in the bathroom for the family house and the analogue heads are enough for the rest. Tuning the control to work well with your own gas boiler is not so easy.
It seems to me that the head operates in a binary open/closed mode, which I think wastes batteries and is probably not suitable in an apartment building, where it is ideal to set a constant reasonable temperature for which the house was designed and not to move it too much, because after closing the head you will start heating the neighbors anyway and then you will largely pay for it anyway. However, it can still work well to automatically lower the temperature at night or close the head when an open window is detected, as long as it reacts in time. I think the delay is 3 minutes.

Overall, I rate the Netatmo thermostat and head better, the Starter Pack gets a reduced grade due to what I consider to be a completely inadequate product description.
Basically, you have 3 products: A separate head, a separate thermostat, and then this Starter pack, which looks at first glance like a combination of both. But the box only serves as a gateway for the headers and not as a relay for switching the boiler. So you have to get a thermostat.

I bought a different head for 600 CZK without Wi-Fi (I only used the control via phone for about a month) but total satisfaction these expensive heads unfortunately total disappointment
Wonderful design
It pretends to be a quality product so only a big plus for the manufacturer
I guess the heads that still work really save energy
Of the four heads purchased, only two are working after one year
It sucks batteries
After the head is discharged, the radiator is turned on full blast, so if you are not at home and you have remote heating, you are out of luck.

Completely unreliable. If you haven't caught on yet, don't buy it.
That's nice.
Overall very unreliable, every now and then some heads are unavailable sometimes even relays. Most of the time without cause and there's nothing you can do about it except wait for it to catch itself. Even if you have a relay two meters from the head in one room.
The web page for regulation is broken in Chrome virtually all the time, you just get to a blurry version where you wait for something and never get it. It's better in Firefox.
Expensive.
It requires a relay, which means another network to feed even though you already have Wifi at home. Buy heads that work directly with Wifina.
Your fingers will always hurt after changing batteries. You really won't find a more stupid system.

Worst product I've ever bought in my life. I bought 8 heads, and I've advertised almost all of them. Sooner or later, each one broke (stopped taking batteries, display went out). Not a week goes by when one of them reports an error. In two years, I've spent like 50 hours rebooting, changing batteries. Terrible. I feel like the day before my divorce, I can't go on. They're eating up my energy and making my quality of life worse. I'm thinking of throwing them all away.

Smart heads are great, save money fast, controls are nice, installation super easy. Only Netatmo can't make quality stuff. So I'm switching to Bosch after three years and we'll see if it's better (unfortunately it's also Chinese).
Smart heads are good and really save you money when you use them properly
Lovely design
Poor workmanship. I claimed the first pack after a year, the second pack went away after two years. The display is illegible, the movement noisy, the battery is changed every month (you can not use rechargeable).
