The roof box is really nice; it matches the description exactly
It does not include a hanging hook, as stated in the description. When I tried to sort it out with Alza, I was told that it had been dispatched from an external warehouse, that there was nothing they could do about it, that I should make a complaint about the whole box, and that I should contact the manufacturer. Why should I be the one to sort this out? That was quite a disappointment. So the box doesn’t come with a hook for hanging it up! Should I buy another one and send the invoice to Alza? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
