drawstring edge to adjust the size
extra lightweight blanket (we don't use a pillow - 10-day-old baby - but it's very low, so we could probably use it anyway)
it doesn't fit in our stroller, but on the other hand we have a very narrow one (nuna mixx 2018), so I wouldn't necessarily consider it a minus
