I bought the scooter and used it for 8 months, and then unfortunately the small plastic part/cover that is used to fold the scooter broke. Unfortunately Alza was unable to replace this small part as part of the claim and now they have to refund my money. It is a pity that the ordinary service does not work and such a simple part is not replaced. Otherwise I was satisfied with the scooter, but now I would not buy it after this experience.

My first scooter, so I can't fully compare. Nevertheless, it met expectations. The question is whether you can achieve the same results with a cheaper model. This is truly an urban scooter, any terrain that is unrideable (but that's not what the scooter is designed for anyway) will beat the crap out of you. I weigh 85 and the scooter rides briskly. The platform could be a few cm wider, but you can still put the legs side by side. I decided to ignore the weight, because it doesn't matter if it weighs 15kg (the lightest 350W models) or 19kg. You can't carry either, and when it comes to loading and unloading from a car, train, etc, those few kilos won't save you. The best thing about a scooter is the range. I haven't tried max yet, but after two hours of riding and about 22km I had 60% battery.

I have been riding the scooter for more than a week now and I can't praise it enough. The ride is very addictive and fun. The ergonomics of the controls are good, I read one review here that users were getting cramps when using the accelerator after a long ride. This did not occur with me, it is probably individual. The integrated bell and lighting are handy, although admittedly only basic as far as the front light is concerned. This will need to be supplemented in the autumn with additional lighting. However, the rear light is sufficient.
I highly praise the overview app, where you can both record your ride and have an overview of the current range and the remaining percentage of battery capacity. You can also select the degree of recuperation. You can also lock the scooter via the app.
The integrated charging unit deserves high praise. You don't need to carry any charger. Just use either the supplied cable with the triple pin or any cable from a laptop adapter; )
With my physique, I have a phenomenal range of around 60km and I'm not exactly skinny.
The scooter can ride even on not very hard surfaces (gravel road, lawn).
For frequent traversing of transverse bumps or urban pavement, at least a front fork suspension would be useful. This is a very big minus in comfort, no less due to the scooter as such than to the state of our roads; )
Bottom line. This scooter is an excellent partner for commuting from spring to autumn. And in the current situation with the price of petrol a great alternative to the car (if you have the opportunity to charge the scooter at work so the cost of transport to work drops to a minimum; ))

This review is about a newer model, the Max G30E II. I've had the scooter for a month (since March 2022), so far I've ridden 270km. The offer was irresistible, as there was a -10% discount promotion going on at the time.
I got it primarily for commuting to work (11.5 km, mostly on the cycleway), to the detriment of rising petrol prices and worse parking in and around the city centre, but the driving is addictive, so I also drive it on trips.
I weigh 104kg and I can't say that the scooter has no problem, I've ridden everything so far. I only use Sport mode and even then the range is between 42 and 45 km.
The workmanship is at a solid level, whether visually or mechanically, nothing squeaks or creaks. The deck has solid dimensions, so everyone will find comfort here. If I should mention the comfort, it is decent, it can handle most of the pitfalls, except for a series of transverse bumps, when the shocks are transmitted to the wrist. I may get a Monorim front suspension in the future.
I recommend checking your tire pressure regularly at around 3.7ATM. Even with a slight drop in pressure, the scooter loses 2-3km/h from its maximum speed. Ad maximum speed. By downloading the Ninedash app, you can change the region to USA in the menu and the top speed is then a "full" 30km/h in Sport mode. The scooter can maintain this speed without problems until about 70% of the battery capacity, then it gradually decreases.
In this price range, it is a really good buy.

People rave about how the inflatable tires dampen bumps. But the scooter rattles like crazy on uneven pavement, we definitely can't talk about a comfortable ride, as with scooters with suspension.
The charging connector is on the side of the battery, so it's really hard to access
