Hidden bowdens and cables, nothing gets stuck anywhere
Sturdy and easy to use Handy mechanism for folding the wheelbarrow
Charging connector on the steering rod so it is easily accessible
You can see every footstep on the black deck
Segway app is buggy
Rear fender rattles
Non-ergonomic throttle lever - after an hour of riding, my thumb and entire palm (me and the kids) hurt because you can't grip it firmly with your hand while squeezing the throttle - your hand has to be contorted
The rubber cover of the charging connector shakes out when driving and has to be pushed in all the time
The "shock absorber" on the front wheel is completely useless. At the slightest unevenness, it makes metallic bangs like a hammer on an anvil

When turning there is play on the handlebars relative to the wheel, at max speed this results in an unstable ride
If a lighter individual is riding, the front wheel makes loud metallic noises when crossing bumps
