In my opinion the best price/performance ratio. Better ( but more expensive ) is perhaps only NF-A12x25 LS PWM. I'm not an airflow expert, but other fans don't inspire confidence in me with the shape and layout of the blades. But Noctua probably knows what they're doing.

Lots of options to connect.
I have a custom built silent PC. After 6 years of continuous 24 hour operation, one of my fans started to whistle. So I picked the one that's supposed to be the quietest according to the reviews. After installing and starting the PC, I endured the hum for about 5 minutes. I had to disconnect the fan again. The only option in situations like this is to outsource the work to professionals. I'm not going to risk wasting any more money.
