very effective
without PWM control. For such a cooler at such a price, the fan speed control is a big minus. The main reason to have PWM control for such a large cooler is that when the PC is idle the fans hum unnecessarily and e.g. in the evening, when it's quiet, it's quite audible. In IDLE, and I dare say also in film, such a giant has to cool down passively quite well.

I can't think of anything.
Cruelly big cooler. In the presence of high memory (with a high passive heatsink) it is really very difficult to mount. Moreover, it doesn't cool as well as the waterman from Corsair (and similar).
