Although the bottle is glass, after opening it I was unpleasantly surprised by the plastic smell pouring from the glass. Thorough washing and evaporation did not help. Only after a few days of hot water washing and long airing is the bottle usable and I believe that everything will be fine now.
Interestingly, my son has the same bottle and has not encountered this problem.
