After less than 5 min. I decided to return the glasses because of their reflection on the inside of the lenses.
they filtered the radiation from the monitor well, you could tell.
The inside of the glass reflected the reflection of the face, the glint of the eye. Really unpleasant. It' s like a “picture in a picture“.
To eliminate the reflection of the face on the inside of the glasses, it would probably help to use them only for gaming in a darkened room. If you also want them to work on a PC, it won' t work, it will interfere.

Total rubbish in terms of quality, before I bought one on which I cracked the ram after a week of occasional use, on the other I cracked the ram on the second day. Don't buy it, it's money wasted.

Saves the eyes, improves contrast.
It takes a little getting used to (especially the "glare" which you won't notice later). And when you take them off after a while, you'll be surprised how much a normal screen "hurts".
