For me, complete satisfaction. I wanted something at home that would dispose of various old invoices and papers with addresses that I didn' t want to “roam around“ freely. At the same time, something that I can put in a drawer somewhere after the event and it won' t get stuck anywhere. This is exactly what this device fulfills. The basket was not needed at all, it was enough to sit it on a cardboard box of the required width and it could be happily shredded. As for overheating, when you drive at a slower pace, say four batches of paper per minute, and there are still pauses for emptying the box, the device handled it just fine. So it' s perfectly fine for home use. I cannot assess more demanding work in the office, for example. Although I shredded quite a lot, but slowly, with pauses, and the device handled it just fine. As for the noise, it is a bit noisier, but it probably depends a lot on the surrounding environment. And it also doesn' t shred a lot of paper in the long term, so it can be tolerated even in an apartment. After about a hundred shredded papers, he started making strange noises. This was solved by oiling the shredder wheels (correctly according to the instructions) and then everything was fine again. It' s just the right size for the paper, so when it' s not needed, it can be put in a drawer and won' t get stuck anywhere. So I can recommend it for myself.
