Totally disappointing, the facility technically "20 years ago". Not very durable, cheap design. Poor quality recordings, bought for dictating in the car and on the plane. Completely inadequate for this purpose (accentuates background sound). In a quiet environment and if you hold the recorder in front of your mouth and in the right position, the device can be used somehow.
