It does not have a mains adapter input, it will always have to be powered by 4x AA batteries. But it is understandable, the reason is the possibility of interference and interference with ECG measurements. The benefits far outweigh this minor imperfection.

After a couple of measurements, it looks like a very good quality device for measuring both blood pressure and ECG, the connection to the custom mobile was also quite easy and the mobile's obi also looks fully in Czech, but older people who don't know how to use their mobile might only mind the small display on the device and might prefer the lower Omron M7 Intelli IT AFib model with a large custom display. For me, it is a great device if you want to measure ECG, but everyone has to decide whether to spend two thousand extra just for that compared to the Omron M7 Intelli IT AFib, which has its own large display and may be more practical for older people.

it is only battery-operated, 4xAA, there is no possibility to buy a separate adapter (probably because the adapter does not interfere with the sensitive ECG recording, because of this the NFC module in the mobile phone has to be switched off)

Due to the short time of use I will refrain from commenting, perhaps only what I required from this product was fulfilled 100%, handling and operation. The only reservation is that the Czech instructions are copied on both sides and upside down.
