Very noisy, due to the short cannula it has to be close to the head which is quite uncomfortable in terms of noise, my relative who is 24h on the inhaler does not have it so noisy. Too bad I have to find another one.

I measured over 85 decibels near the inhaler. Since the air hose is quite short, the sound from it is quite annoying. Especially for children' s ears.
