I ordered these headphones thinking they would be better than the Logitech G435 headphones. They are better in these aspects: the option for a wired connection, an external microphone, & a detachable microphone. But there's still a similar problem as with the Logitech ones – a humming noise when using the wireless connection (specifically only the 2.4GHz, not BT). It's not Wi-Fi interference, it's not due to distance, and the volume of the humming doesn't depend on the sound volume. There is no humming with a wired connection (or with BT, but that has its own separate problem, which is low sound quality). P.S. (there is of course only one dongle, which is a bit confusing at first glance – the USB-C dongle must be plugged into the USB-A dongle for USB-A functionality.)
