It's a specific product. First of all - you can listen in the pool. Here you need to realize that the sound changes with the cekem depending on how you swim, if you alternate your head above and below the water. For example, when breathing through a snorkel, when you don't hear the exhalation into the water, it's great, nothing disturbs you. With kraul, it bothers you when you exhale into the water, sometimes your head is above water - the sound just affects it and the exhale is just loud. Swimming plugs will change that again (for the better). So the summary - you can listen as and when. It's not for a podcast (even if you somehow memorized it). You can only listen to the audiobook if you know it. The spoken word will be influenced by the above and an unknown detective story is not worth starting at all, you will understand every other word. Moreover, the quality and method of recording also matters - deep tones can be unintelligible. Otherwise, the music you like, you know a little bit, so great, it makes the swimming more fun. Next, practically, recording. It's a bother, it jumps around the tracks. So if you swim regularly, you have to vary it somehow every time. It's copying about 1MB per second. Independent of the pool: the headphones are a bit audible, perhaps in the evening in a quiet room. On the other hand, it really works that you can hear your surroundings despite the sound being played, which is sometimes useful, sometimes not.

Due to the design (the gap between the ear - bone and the speaker), the sound is completely inadequate. No bass, bland mids, tinny highs. It's probably like a pair of earphones from a convenience store or newsagent for a few hundred. When in full contact with the skull (especially when the head is tilted), the sound is better, but still unsatisfying for the moderately demanding listener. I will replace with better quality/more expensive swimming pool headphones and let you know: -)
