I was able to stick it on the back of my monitor pretty easily

The off button is also the button to change the intensity. So when you long hold to turn it off, you first change the intensity by one. So when you're at max intensity, it drops to min intensity. And when you turn it back on, you have to press it 10 times. This is not a problem if you leave it on all the time with the PC or monitor.
