The design is worth praising - small, light, compact, simple, intuitive.
Mechanical design of buttons / micro switches (especially side switches): you have to put different pressure on each one when you press it, some click, some don't.
CD-ROM player: When playing MP3s from CDs, the drive is very loud (laser optics travel, CD spinning).
CD-ROM player: The mechanical opening of the CD-ROM drive door is not mechanically well done, and the full opening is also prevented by the non-folding handle.
The location of the volume buttons on the side.
