In the description of the goods you state: battery and mains power supply. It was because of the mains power supply that I bought the product. However, there is no adapter in the package. Not even a cable. Nothing. So you're misleading the consumer. Here in the discussion you advise to buy some adapter and look for a connector for it. Is this a joke? It's not even clear what the connector polarity is, so it could easily damage the product. So I have to return the goods and waste my time just because you are unable to clearly define what the goods contain.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, which we immediately checked directly with the manufacturer. The model has the option of mains power, but the adapter is not included, as stated in the instruction manual. Primarily this model is battery operated.
