Just enough for a litre of water, a change of clothes, a wallet and keys
It has two pockets, one mesh pocket on the side and a flap pocket on the top for documents
Carries quite comfortably up to a load of about 3kg
It is also suitable for children from about 8 years of age
I was surprised that the mesh side pocket is only on one side
