for us it didn't sit almost immediately, after the second dose screaming, squirming and stomach pain-but every child is different! After switching to cow's UM it was calm. the preparation was also different than it usually is with UM. 45ml of water per scoop. so those who are used to 30ml'/ 1 measure will have to get used to it 😁
