It would be necessary to give a corresponding photo or add a description of the product. I don't care about the few crowns, but about time - I waited for it for x days and then another (bad) one comes, in the meantime I could have bought the matte one I need somewhere else.
Misleading photo, insufficient description - the tape looks matte according to the photo, the description of the design is not specified and the tape actually arrived shiny.
