Although the product states that it is compatible with Dell XPS 13 9343, it is not. Either that or the battery is dead from the start. At first the computer didn't recognize that the battery was even inside, after the BIOS update it did, but its maximum clock speed was 0.39 GHz. Unusable. Exchanged piece for piece for JD25G. Don't buy it.
