It punches quite well. But the binding feature very, very disappointed me! Completely unusable from the size of the rings 10 and more, when the mandrel mechanism starts to jump out of the individual rings before the spine rings are opened, so that it is not possible to insert the paper binding into the rings at all. Unusable product for me, poor quality workmanship, big disappointment !: - (I recommend paying extra for other, more expensive products and maybe you should have them tested / demonstrated before you buy. I was seduced by the mostly positive evaluation of the product before the purchase itself, but the disappointment after the purchase was greater than the expected enthusiasm: -(
the delivery includes 3 pcs of front foil and 3 pcs of back carton and approx. 5 pcs of different sizes of PVC spine for binding.
design
when inserting (non-original and original supplied) spines from size 10 mm and more, several spine rings pop out of the binding mechanism. This is because the opening pins are too short and do not run into the entire width of the inserted ring during binding, so that even when the rings are slightly stretched, the individual rings gradually pop out before the spine is fully opened, so that the binding cannot be completed.
forum and poor quality of the whole product.
after unpacking, I found a broken pvc guide bar (into several pieces) designed for loading paper for 4-hole punching from the back of the machine. Apparently it was damaged during production or transport to the Alza box. The unfortunate design of the guide rail.
