Rethinking the whole backpack
The straps tend to gradually "loosen" as you wear the pack during the day. (Most peakdesign products do this - sling 6l, travel backpack)
The processing is much worse than when they started. The 5 year old backpack is sewn much better (more accurately) and there was more attention to detail.
