It's fine at first, but then it starts jamming. I return home from work, and the cats are not fed.
Overall it's manageable, but I won't leave it alone for more than a day. This defeats the purpose.
"Smart" is a joke here, it's just a scheduled feeder. But they saved 0.5 Kc on a button, so to activate it manually you need an app. Really poor engineering and UX.
Also, the low number (just 6) of scheduled feedings is utter nonsense.

greater variance in dosage (in the range of 7-11g per serving) - if you have a cat with a tail like us and need to keep an eye on the feeding to the most inaccurate amount, it's a bit of a lottery - we chose 6 times a day for one serving and we hope it's as close as possible to the required 55g per day.
pellets falling into the stainless steel bowl make a little noise and can wake you up (in case of night feeding). I got used to it in about 3 days and it doesn't wake me up anymore.
