Really good mug, it has a valve to let air in and make it nice to drink, it's relatively non spillable.
But after a few months we switched to a straw that has more flow, it was no longer enough for my son.
Perfect for training, though.

Phillips has a bunch of crap that isn't even needed, but this is just good stuff, albeit quite expensive.
Baby takes the bottle as a toy so he drinks even when he is not really thirsty

Durable silicone straw, can handle intense repeated biting, great as teething aid
The straw can be detached (it is in two pieces) to be just in the cap for teaching the child to lean over while drinking
It's not leaking
The child intuitively knows how to use
Strange closing, it folds the straw in half, it's supposed to be like that, you just wonder for a moment if it was really intended that way

Overall, I am not satisfied with the product. We bought because our daughter couldn't drink from other cups, if this would be better. The cup leaks, so we stopped using it. I wouldn't buy it again.
The straw is loose and has no membrane, for some children an advantage, they learn to drink better
