The people who write here that the results are inconsistent probably didn't read the manual. The heating settings need to be adapted to each type of bottle, as does the correct amount of water in the machine. Everything is described in the instructions. If you put a plastic AVENT bottle in it, it heats exactly as indicated. If you put in a glass bottle, or perhaps a double bottomed anti-collision bottle, you logically have to adjust the heating because it takes more time and/or energy to heat such bottles. It's also a good idea to give the bottle a little stir occasionally when heating, it's not necessary, but it will help the heating.

Heating is erratic, it heats up for 15 minutes before it reaches the desired temperature. Compared to the competition, it's pretty bad. Tested with Lovi. It took 2-3 minutes each time (180ml).
I've complained about the product, but the other one I've seen is doing the same thing. (I'll try to relam again, but I don't know how Alza will take it).
As it was written here, at 3 a.m. when your heater is happing like this is very stressful
I guarantee according to the box 150ml in 3 minutes. well, when you heat 180ml, so you wait longer 10-15 minutes.

Better than manual heating
Inconsistent temperature, for a good result you need to change the water before each use and accurately hit the water level so that it is at the same level as the milk. OK during the day, but at 3am I would have appreciated better functionality.
