Installation and setup was simple and quick. There is not much to talk about reliability. I guess it's a software thing. But for the money, the product has to work. The recordings are stored in a cloud service that you have to pay for. Your first month is free. The thought of paying for a service where I can't find any incidents because the recording doesn't work reliably makes me wonder. How can such a product even be put on sale?

High-quality images day and night. Solid range.
Communication via built-in microphone and speaker
Possibility to set zones
It is advertised to be compatible with Apple HomeKit, but this is not true.
Unreliable connection. The camera is on a strong wifi signal. Still, the live image starts in about a third of the attempts.
The event record is unreliable. This is done in half of the cases. A reboot will help. I don't want to worry about it. It has to work reliably.
You have to pay to save the video.
