is working as it should. When switched off it does not light up and when switched on it has a continuous increase and decrease of light. For some fluorescent lamps, although they announce it, it does not work and e.g. lights up even when the light is turned off. As a woman, I don't understand.

It shines beautifully, it holds the lamp perfectly. Someone wrote that it buzzes at reduced power, but I didn't notice that, or I'm deaf. It is also not true that it does not light up at lower power and that it must be put on max power first - it will light up at lower power. "DISADVANTAGE" - it is thick and you can't put a protective lamp glass over it. It doesn't have to be there, that's why the quotation marks
