I am returning the same product for the second time, with the same problem. It worked perfectly for the first 4 uses, but then the steaming stopped. It heats up in 2 minutes, I iron for one steaming interval, then put it away and no more steam, not even on max. performance even after a water change. I've tried repeatedly to turn it off, but the same scenario every time. I really don't recommend the product for the price, I don't know if it's just a low quality batch.

I had a similar one from Braun, it fell on the floor, otherwise I wouldn't have bought a new one. On paper, this iron is better than my original one, but I'm not thrilled with it at all. Cloth nappies that have not been in the dryer do not iron out even at maximum capacity and cotton T-shirts also have to be ironed on both sides. The handle creaks and today after half an hour of ironing water started to splash out of the iron. I've had it for, like, 14 days. For the money, I don't recommend it at all.
Looks nice.
It doesn't iron as well as I expected.
