the whole device is useless and unusable due to the unavailability of the replacement of cartridges (the unavailability has been a problem for at least a year), I have no place to change the cartridges and rather than buy new ones - even if they were available - I would rather buy sodastream
if it was affordable, that's fine.
although Philips wrote back to me that Alza already provides this service last July, Alza has not been able to comment on it for almost a year, and after a short pause sometime last August, the bombs are again in the "ready" or "looking forward" etc. status.
