It met expectations. The battery lasts longer than competitive products.
Children should always have their teeth checked and cleaned. But this is not a product defect.

bluetooth connection works with the app for the first time
the application motivates the child to clean by means of gifts for the character
replacement stickers are also a pleasure
the teeth seem to be less yellow than when brushed with a regular toothbrush
none so far, we will judge the quality of cleaning in time

Bluetooth and an app to it, my daughter has fun with it and at the same time she is always looking forward to what "virtual" gift she gets for brushing her teeth: )
none so far.

The connection to the app keeps dropping. And it keeps logging out over and over, and the children are disappointed.

This is our third toothbrush now, the first one we successfully returned under warranty – the tip came loose. But when it came loose on the second one, the warranty had expired. I recommend getting the extended warranty, because the problem with the loose tip is relatively common and there are several tutorials on YouTube on how to fix it (tighten and secure one screw).
It makes it easier to get your child to brush their teeth
Applying the sticker requires skill and care.
The app suffers from bugs like freezing and poor rendering. It's clear that it's just an add-on and not a source of business.

We have been satisfied with the device for a long time. Ca the first year we also used an app to teach cleaning, which the child liked. The toothbrush broke down just before the end of the third year of the extended warranty that we got (an extra year of warranty) by registering the device on the Philips website. The brand's customer service is very professional, the device packed by me for the claim was picked up by a courier, the claim acknowledged and we received a replacement device.
We have been satisfied with the brush for a long time
