After 2 years of use, this vacuum cleaner is a big disappointment for me. We chose according to reviews where the vacuum cleaner was praised, today I know that it is an overpriced device (today I would buy maybe for 3000) and I do not understand the reviews. Accessories are incompatible and overpriced. Yes, it's a fine substitute for a broom and dustpan when something spills or to vacuum the lino. For carpet, the quality of vacuuming compared to a classic vacuum cleaner is a pittance, more of a stopgap. The turbo brush no longer works(although we have cleaned it), the brush drive has started to continuously fall out until the squeegee no longer works. The fact that the turbo brush must be motorised is indicative of the vacuum cleaner's performance. In conclusion, for quick cleaning, a battery vacuum cleaner is fine, but next time I won't choose according to the reviews and I will go to the store to see the vacuum cleaner and have it shown to me. I was definitely very disappointed with Philips both in price and product. I guess next time, a different brand.

The product as such is of high quality and works excellently. However, it lacks the essentials, i.e. the functionality to vacuum anything. This is probably a feature of every cordless vacuum cleaner. It's nice to vacuum without a cord, but the extra work around it isn't worth it. I am constantly cleaning everything (attachments, dust container, filters) to be able to vacuum at least a little. The carpet tapper is more of a psychological thing than it is worth anything. The seat brush is ok. It's useless for vacuuming the car. Suction of air from vacuum bags is impossible (shape of the attachment and low power)
The device is suitable for such a small sholich, as a second vacuum cleaner at hand. Mopping is more like dusting the floor. I use a mop for larger events. If you plan to use it as the only vacuum cleaner in your home, consider it. I had that idea too, I hesitated, went for it and in the end I'm disappointed with the decision.
After the experience with this vacuum cleaner, the cord in the house does not seem to me such a problem, as well as buying bags for the vacuum cleaner. I'm going to buy a new corded vacuum cleaner.

After about half a year, the vacuum cleaner has lost power and nothing can be vacuumed with it. Anything bigger than dust particles (like sesame seeds) you just throw in front of you and the vacuum cleaner is not able to suck them out. The complaint was rejected.
It's a waste of money. I don't understand how Alza could actively promote this product.
