This ETB is pretty good for me, it's not peak, but it's not bad, or decent. I was rather unlucky to get any pulls, as I only got 2 better cards out of 9 boosters, which was rather disappointing. The only saving grace was the fact that both cards were in the TOP 15 price range, one was even TOP 10, but otherwise nothing much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
